The code blocks in 5.4.2.10 and Annex B are not captioned as figures.
In other documents, code blocks have not been captioned as figures, as they are not graphics.
Regardless, the treatment of code blocks in this document should be consistent. It would make sense, however, to remove the figure captions from the code blocks for consistency with other SMPTE documents.
If removing figure captions from code blocks, or adding captions to those that do not, then the referencing language must be adjusted.
