5.4.2.9, Table 2 and Code Block: Metre or Meter? Update: Per SI, Keep Metre #32

Table 2 and the code block use the spelling "metre", as opposed to "meter". As SMPTE is a US standards body, should "metre" be changed to "meter", or does it not matter? image

The official SI spelling is "metre", so leave as is.
