Index Table Segment Items to Avoid #9

In section 5.4, the following items should be added to the list of Index Table Segment items to avoid (currently based on the ST377-1:2009 vs ST377-1:2019 diff file) because they are not present in ST377:2004:

The two items are not relevant to Cinema applications, so I think it confusing to list them.

I see - I now understand why these 2 items were not included, my apologizes.

I still think they should be added as this feels in the spirit of how I understood we developed this document - by identifying everything we notice as different and/or not used in D-Cinema (and the 3 items listed so far are also not used in D-Cinema, with an accompanying note.)

Many parts of ST 377:2004 shall not be used in D-Cinema and are not noted as such. I would hate for someone to actually think that VBEByteCount was/is/could be relevant.

This is in constrast with Is RIP Present, which could be used in D-Cinema.
