The sentence states: The KDMRequiredExtensions element shall have the following child elements:

Should reword: he KDMRequiredExtensions element shall contain the following child elements, as specified in x.x.x through x.x.y.

Replaced "have" with "contain" as it is more precise and matches the language in 6.3.2 and elsewhere.
