Reopening a saved file and nodexl tab is not there anymore. #202

I created a nodexl file and conducted some social network analyses through it. I saved it and closed it. The next time I tried to open it however, the nodexl tab/ribbon is not there. When I open a new nodexl excel file, the tab is there. It is only happening when I opened a saved file -> opens as a regular excel file without the nodexl download. Is there a way I can get it back in that excel file?

[tcap479@4/12/2014] It could have to do with the folder you're saving your NodeXL workbooks to. Are you saving them to a shared folder on your network, or to Dropbox, or something like that? There are security restrictions built into Excel that prevent "smart" workbooks like NodeXL's from being opened in untrusted folders.

Try moving a saved workbook to your Documents (or My Documents) folder, then open it from there.
