Error during installation #311

I am trying to install NodeXL Basic 2014 on my Windows 7 laptop with Office 2013 and I am getting the following error when I open the install file. What should I do?

we just added a new code signing certificate as the old one expired. Please download/upgrade to the latest version of NodeXL Basic https://nodexl.codeplex.com/releases/view/117659
