Patch for NodeXL download #363

Here's a fix for NodeXL download issues. You have to rename the config file, download Visual Studios tool, and then download NodeXL.

[sjbenham@9/7/2016] This link is not valid. Is there any other download tutorial? I tried downloading and it doesn't show up anywhere.
