NodeXL Pro won't connect to licence #372

Hi I replaced my PC and downloaded NodeXL Pro to my new computer. When trying to connect it to my existing licence I recieve this message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

Do you have any advice on how to tackle this?

[chrishtill@12/23/2016] I contacted the NodeXl support team who organised a remote connection and solved the problem for me. Sorry really don't know what the issue actually was
