missing columns_setting.js #3

It seems that the script columns_setting.js is missing while it is required in the subtask_list_columns/index.html, so the fields cannot be added/move in the config

Bug fixed. All scripts was internal in file index.rb, but we forgot remove reference on nonexistent file "columns_setting.js". Thank you for your comment!
