Documentation update

Change the documentation system to use Sphinx with myst-markdown. Sphinx allows automatic python API and CLI documentation generation directly during the build stage.

• [x] Logo of the project.
• [x] GitHub Actions for GitHub pages building.
• [x] Update and unify the python doc-string using the field list syntax that works with sphinx and myst parser.
