Budget data type #31

For the project list, would it be possible to shift the "SGD $" to the Budget header, and leave the number as integers, so that we can order the projects by the budget

The header has no space to store the value. Moreover it is not feasible as we will be dealing with different country currencies in future. I don't think it is an issue we need to solve.

We need to sort/filter projects. And one important field people will want to sort by is definitely the budget
