Time bar tick marks appear in wrong position #11

Tick marks appear in wrong position in at least two circumstances

  1. When dragging the tick mark the position can lag behind the time slider
  2. When inserting, sometimes they appear to the left of where they should

This happened to me once when I erased an object.
