Changing center of object causes handle to be enabled when it shouldn't #21

Reproduction Steps

  1. Draw an object at time 0
  2. Move to time 1 (handle should be disabled)
  3. Move the center (handle should be enabled when done - bug)
  4. Tap the handle once (handle should turn red - correct)
  5. Tap the handle once (handle should be disabled - correct)
