Version should be 1 Sketch id should be empty Owner_id should be the current owner save, p_view, p_comment, original_version, group_permissions, p_edit should be whatever it is for new files

Condition to check for owner id when loading sketches has also been implemented but is currently disabled since desktop version doesn't support login with Janrain.
