Tickers not restarted after Timer reload #5

Describe the bug I think that the system tickers are not being restarted after a reload (stop, reconf, start) cycle.

Additional context It seems that Daikin monitoring stopped after Timer reload...

The Daikin problem was a mutex deadlock. Tickers are restarting.
