There is currently no documentation in the SNAP Cookbook of a recommendation for recording the qualification, citation, argumentation, certainty, attribution, or other scholarly commentary regarding the many and various assertions that can be made in the SNAP data (aside from a generic dct:comment in plain text if desired).
It would be nice to be able to assign things like responsibility, source, citation, certainty/precision, bibliography to any assertion in the data, but this might become complex and require reification or similar.
No group has yet taken ownership of this proposal.
