A potential (and not well thought out as of now) way to do this is set fishing costs to zero and loop over capacities for a given number of fishermen.
This MSY will be dependent upon the fishing selectivity...and a whole lot of other things (just something to remember as the function is written).
This becomes a much harder problem when multiple fleets are considered.
