@TomCSmith and @rolandknapp, I pushed a prelim draft of the the parameter table in d186e72 parameter_table.tex. The table is ready for your comments, additions, and edits. A few thoughts

  1. The table contains individual vital rates and population measures, since both of these are relevant to the goal of using the conceptual model to understand recovery. There are probably population measures I missed so feel to add more.
  2. Hope this table can answer part i of a two part question: i) What measurements do we have for vital rates and what are the gaps in knowing values for specific vital rates? ii) What are the potential mechanisms that can affect variation in these parameters across time a space (i.e., what covariates do we know of that affect these parameters, biotic and abiotic)? Maybe we get at part ii) directly in the conceptual model as we kind of do already?
