Removal of python digitization

C++ procedure is in place. Needs some reorganization of the run_digi.

Things that should be done:

• [ ] Remove option for C++ digi, as it is now the default and only option.
• [ ] Remove python code
• [ ] Remove now redundant logic etc.
• [ ] Make sure the filenames are correct.
