Add colour bar to event display

Replace the hacky label introduced in #201 with a proper colour bar, like the one produced with the TH2 COLZ Draw option.

Some initial thoughts:

We probably need two different colourbars, ideally with independent colour maps
In ROOT terminology, a colour bar is called TPaletteAxis. It shouldn't be too tricky to implement two TPaletteAxes for the event display.
