hop 0.7.0 requires extra updates to requirements #61

Updating to hop 0.7.0 from 0.5.1 also requires adc_streaming 2.3.0 and confluence_kafka 1.9.2. Details can be found in the hop-client issue: https://github.com/scimma/hop-client/issues/193.
