What are the plans for submitting some/all terms to SNIA dictionary team?

For Base 64: From rfc4648:

The following description of base 64 is derived from [3], [4], [5], and [6]. This encoding may be referred to as "base64"

we should standardize on base64 (w/o space) to clearly denote an encoding scheme.
