Extend the CDMI container listing functionality (GET) to allow a CDMI client to request and receive recursive children listing, and to request and receive additional metadata associated with each child.

Changes to the spec involve:

Allowing recursive listing to be specified, along with the depth
Returning recursive listings in the container list response body
Allow additional metadata to be specified, returned for each child listed
Returning additional metadata in the container list response body
