Extend the CDMI object creation and object update functionality to allow a CDMI client to specify one or more validators that are run against an object. Depending on the configuration, if validation fails, either the create/update operation is failed, or metadata is added indicating that the object did not pass validation.

Changes to the spec involves:

Adding a validation schema
Defining validation behaviour
Specifying validation metadata
