There are three bugs that occur in processing, but their frequency changes from system to system.

[x] 1. Array index out of bounds: unknown cause, but crashes the GUI.
[x] 2. null pointer exception: Seems to be associated with the charts in some way, crashes the GUI
[x] 3. map error, NaN: unknown cause, does not crash GUI

and 2. were caused by multithreading, which is fixed now. 3. was fixed by verifying variables before doing anything with them.
