Suggestion: Cascaded Shadow Mapping #206

I dont know if this is already added or not but im guessing no, Cascaded Shadow Mapping (CSM) would make outdoor scenes look more realistic by having a cascading dynamic sun, This could be usefull to add them: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/dxtecharts/cascaded-shadow-maps

CSSM are already implemented, but I guess it can be finetuned for better results, in future. For example, we can use 3 cascades instead of 4
