Is there a source .tex file out there we could include in the /doc directory?

@Storreslara I noticed that the doc/tex_src/snowglobes_1.3-draft.tex that’s currently in this repo is outdated and does not include e.g. any of the CEvNS-related updates you included in doc/snowglobes_1.3.pdf. Do you still have the latest version of the LaTeX source? And if so, could you please add it in a PR, so we can update the docs in the future?
