Describe your problem Tried upgrading Ghost with npm upgrade ghost but it does not update to version 4

Describe the things you have tried so far Also tried npm update ghost but no luck

Have you checked for similar issues? Yes

For others, I've managed to update with the contributions @fabiogermann has made (a PR not merged yet)
