Archiver support: How do I use it? How do I configure it? #218

I'd be interested in using the Archiver in a new room. I installed it, but I don't see how to configure or invoke it. The SOCVR pages don't seem to have any documentation for this particular script. Is there documentation somewhere else that I should have found?

Does the script need changes to support a completely new room pair, or can this be handled via configuration parameters?

Oh, I see now that at a minimum, I'll need to add a new room to targetRoomSets

I got some basic support from RyanM in chat so I think I'm good to go. I'll see if I can scrape together a couple of PRs.
