Proposal for the disclaimer (combination from MetaSmoke and the SOBotics website disclaimers):

We are SOBotics (not Stack Exchange). We make nice bots. We use data from the Stack Exchange API in our work.

Maybe we could also add our org tag line Making Stack Overflow a better place for all.
