New room topic for Sobotics #24

As discussed in the recently concluded room meeting (Related issue https://github.com/SOBotics/SOBotics.github.io/issues/16), it has been decided that we edit the room topic to be more descriptive of what we do.

Do add a new room topic per comment, and we can use the GH reactions to vote on them.
