Description:

Hurricane TGP inaccessible, missing armaments (Only has AGM-114N available) . Dragonfly missing armaments (Hydras), HE Effect doesn't appear to be working on GAU-19's just visuals
Add the steps needed to reproduce the issue.

HE Does work, it's balanced for better damage on vehicles

@Slatery i bursted a static HMG no effect, yeet put ~300 rounds into another static HMG no effect, may need to be tuned differently
