Description:

Update the medic loadout to include 1 or more bodybags

Additional information/screenshots:

This allows for moving the body of a KIA casualty to allow Voodoo to more easly perform a retrieval, since normally KIA bodies cannot be moved.

This had a fair bit of back and forth discussion, so will wait for HQ to convene to come to a decision as it significantly impacts PLT/Voodoo gameplay
