When merged this pull request will:

Removes socomd custom medical supplies from loadouts
Removes socomd custom medical supplies from supply crates & vehicle containers
Adds default ace+kat
Removes the socomd_medical and socomd_defib modules

Side note:

SSO and AFP loadouts have been disabled until they have been updated to align with these changes.

To be finalised:

cbasettings.sqf for mission includes.
Tweaks as per Jedipirateman's suggestions in j4-admin channel

Latest build tested live. Balance tweaks needed but functioning OK.
