add more SOCR datasets

SOCRAT provides few predefined SOCR datasets, like Iris (here's how to use them locally). This task is to make more SOCR Data available via SOCRAT.

List of datasets to add:

• Fortune500
• Alzheimer's Disease neuroimaging Data
• Neuroimaging study of super-resolution image enhancing
• Schizophrenia Neuroimaging
• BiomedBigMetadata
• HeartAttacks

Subtasks:

• [x] create separate data branch in your Github repo and synchronize it with SOCR/SOCRAT:dev
• [x] save each data table as .csv file (e.g. using Excel or Google Spreadsheet) and place it under _build/datasets in your local SOCRAT directory (don't use spaces in the filename)
• [x] add your datasets into the list of available SOCR datasets with meaningful name and correct URLs to the file and SOCR Data description page
• [x] test locally that loading each dataset and opening descriptions works correctly
• [x] commit changes following commit message format
• [x] place created .csv files on GDrive under SOCR_MDP_2017/SOCRAT/datasets
• [x] submit a Pull Request to SOCR/SOCRAT:dev mentioning what datasets you added

Note: if your dataset page contains multiple tables, add them as separate datasets (description link can be the same)

Because you didn't sync your data branch with SOCR/SOCRAT:dev, it is now behind significantly, so to fix issues with your pull request you need to do the following:

• [x] fix your commit message by using git commit --amend -m "New commit message"
• [x] sync your dev branch with SOCR/SOCRAT:dev
• [ ] rebase your commit in data branch to dev
• [ ] resubmit pull request from your dev into SOCR/SOCRAT:dev

Addressing new PR issues:

• [x] close irrelevant PRs, only keep one
• [x] for that PR test locally that added datasets work
• [x] make and attach screenshot to this thread that demonstrates your datasets present in the list SOCR Datasets on Get Data tab in running SOCRAT

@skylarch hmm.. it looks good, but I don't see any of these changes when I pull your changes from this PR.. are you sure these are screenshots from your dev branch? PR says "Files changed: 0"

1. First, sync your fork to get latest changes from SOCR/SOCRAT:dev

   • [x] sync your data-input with the current state of SOCR/SOCRAT-dev branch
   • [ ] resolve merge conflicts

2. Edit Dataset section in Contribute file to add your datasets:

   • [x] add name and description
   • [x] add links to CSV file and link to the SOCR description page
   • [x] add reference to the publication if SOCR description page has one Follow the same format as used for previously added datasets.
