figure out how to compile wrangler

We need to actually figure out how to compile wrangler from the source code:

[ ] check out dev branch of SOCR/wrangler locally
[ ] add original source code by copying src folder from SOCR/profiler/wrangler
[ ] figure out how to use google closure to compile code from scr – as output you should get a single .js file
[ ] find out if compiled file is more similar to SOCR/wrangler/dw.js or to SOCR/profiler/wrangler/dw-d0.1.js
[ ] create READ.ME file for wrangler repo with short description from and link to the official page
[ ] add section Compiling Instructions from https://github.com/SOCR/SOCRAT-issues/issues/147#issuecomment-283773818 with details for compiling from src
[ ] submit pull request to SOCR/wrangler:dev
