2.4 Create private event on Sporta [backend]

As a Sporta User, I want to create a private event so that I can host an activity only for a selected audience

• fields required: description, date, time, location, sport, total # of spots, event sign up cutoff time, recreational or competitive

Demo Steps: Step 1: Go to Sporta dashboard Step 2: Click on create event icon Step 3: Toggle on private event Step 4: Enter event description and all other mandatory fields Step 5: Submit event
