get rid of more errors in the f8 console with the utils in txt line #5

  1. It doesn't work as described. First of all, where should people get the keys if you have AdvancedParking on it and the cars are parked outside, people don't have a key
  2. When you get out of the car you can't lock the car
  3. get rid of more errors in the f8 console with the utils in txt line

fixed with v1.0.6 release
