The mean of DJ and JF columns gives numbers that are almost identical. Or does the MEIv2 change a little bit retrospectively with each update, because it is a relative index?

[ ] Some of the links are no longer active. The data seems to still be available online, just at a different link. For example, the source for measurements of Columbia River flow and temperature is given as https://waterservices.usgs.gov/rest/DV-Service.html, which is inactive, but a search of the website quickly turns up https://waterservices.usgs.gov/docs/dv-service/daily-values-service-details/ which seems to have the same data.
