Name of the current dblp schema should be configurable #21

The name of the current dblp schema (dblp20150613) should be in the property file. For instance, the venueOpenessServlet crashes the server due to a call to dblp20150613.get_openness_conf stored procedure because of the database name on my computer. It will be also easier to propagate the changes when a new snapshot of dblp will be used.
