Wrong results for ER conference #35

I´m trying to see the data for the ER confernece. The only entry I see is http://som-research.uoc.edu/metaScience/venue.html?id=Conceptual%20Modeling but this holds only the 1997 value. Is because it changed its name afterwards? If so, what would be the proper link (couldn´t find any similar conference name) ?

The thing is that the service works when accessing directly:

http://som-research.uoc.edu/tools/metaScience/venue.html?id=ER

However, the "ER" conference is not shown in the landing page. To be checked.

PR created to implement this issue. It's just a matter of updating the database in our server.
