The links in the list do not make much sense, and make the design look more raw. I suggest removing the links altogether.
It is not clear in the popup, which button corresponds to which video. One way could be to put video thumbnails near the button. Alternatively, you could place the buttons near the video elements in the web page (and make it possible to hide them if they obstruct the view). There are many ways to approach this; the solution is up to you.
