HMGs and SMGs were almost impossible to get.

A HMG would need 8 captures to get the gun and ammo.

New cost of all items: HMG = 3 coins HMG ammo = 2 coins SMG = 2 coins SMG ammo = 1 coin

Ammo vs gun prices are borked, (2 coins for gun with ammo or 1 coin for just ammo).

Ammo has been made cheaper, gun price unchanged.
