Set up repository #1

@fhauptmann In our last meeting, we decided to create a wiki document for the glossary and user manual. I wish to ask if you can help me complete the process such that I can have the wiki icon to start building the document.

A wiki is not visible/accessible on a private repository. The repo will have to be made public: " Wikis are available in public repositories with GitHub Free and GitHub Free for organizations, and in public and private repositories with GitHub Pro, GitHub Team, GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and GitHub Enterprise Server. "

We use GitHub pages so this can be closed
