Add document templates to samples [3] #10765

Feature Description

For improved sample management, it should be possible to create documents for samples. Therefore, the document templates card should be added to the right side of the sample view below the documents card (should be implemented with https://github.com/hzi-braunschweig/SORMAS-Project/issues/10763)

Proposed Change

Acceptance Criteria

The document templates card is implemented as described above and works the same as in other entities.

@KristinaBorch Which sample information is expected to be included in a template? A list of possible variables would help a lot. Which of the pathogen and additional tests will be taken for the generation of the file?
