When the checkbox 'Place of stay of this case differs from its responsible jurisdiction' is checked on the main case page, if the user sets a 'Current hospitalization' for the case, in the 'Place of stay in hospital' pop-up that checkbox is not pre-checked. Therefore the 'Facility' dropdown contains values from the region/district/community that are set for the responsible jurisdiction and not form the region/district/community of the place of stay, and an error appears when the user tries to save the form:

Acceptance Criteria
[ ] the checkbox 'Place of stay of this case differs from its responsible jurisdiction' is checked in the 'Place of stay in hospital' pop-up if it is already checked on the main case page;
[ ] the values from the fields associated with the checkbox are pre-filled with the values from the case page;
[ ] the user can still successfully create a current hospitalization for the case.
