Only show areas filtered by on the statistics map #1282

On the statistics menu of SORMAS, the map generated upon visualization presents the whole map of Africa in all instances. Take for instance, an analysis requesting for the map that should only show only states in Nigeria shows the entire map of Africa and an analysis requesting for the map that should only show LGAs in a Nigerian state also shows the entire map of Africa. There should be national, state and LGA specific maps highlighting points of references not the map of Africa highlighting points of references as it is on SORMAS.

This is not a mistake, it was decided long ago to do it like this because stake holders need to know what is happening in their near by states or country in general. Do surveillance supervisors or National staffs have a different test now?

The map i am referring to is the visualization map on the statistics menu not the one on the dashboard, the one on the dashboard showing the entire country is fine the way it is. An analyst working in the statistics menu may decide he needs just an LGA, state or national specific map for presentation

Pls can we revive this issue and make this a priority. Highly important at the moment. @bernardsilenou the map i am referring to is the one on the statistics menu not the one on the dashboard

@Iheanacho2027 We currently have a lot of issues on our roadmap that are extremely important for enabling users to properly work in the current COVID-19 situation; is this really equally important? My feeling is that, while it's certainly needed, it doesn't prevent people from doing their work.

Its important but can be left on the long term roadmap
