Activate contact tracing for CSM as default for any SORMAS version #1481

In addition, we should validate if the following is included in SORMAS:

Include the documentation of chemoprophylaxis being given to contact persons: First field: chemoprophylaxis indicated:“decision pending” default; “Yes”; “No” [this needs to be filled in by surveillance supervisor] Second field: chemoprophylaxis given to contact person: “empty”; “No”; “Yes” ; “unknown” [to be filled in by case manager or surveillance officer or surveillance supervisor]

Do we do contact tracing for CSM I know in Nigeria we don do contact tracing I think Ghana do but not like looking for contact and following up with them

@foyiri Nigeria does not do contact tracing for CSM. We decided to active CSM as default because it is better to have the module than and not use it than having and not using it.
