The ICD-10-CM (International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification) is a system used by physicians and other healthcare providers to classify and code all diagnoses, symptoms and procedures recorded in conjunction with hospital care. Intro. This will help to track and compare diagnoses among different countries or electronic tools.

@bernardsilenou Where exactly should this go? What kind of validations would such a field need? Which users should be able to edit it?

@MateStrysewskeSym We need to do more research on this before answering this question. My instinct tells me in will be just an attribute of the symptoms tap since the final goal is to use it to classify the diagnosis. Not a priority for now.
