Add contact category to contact export sheets #2425

Situation Description

Contact category is missing in all contact export sheets.

Feature Description

Add contact category column to the basic and detailed contact export sheet. Please place the column on the right next to 'Type of contact'.

Adding the contact category to the simple export also means adding it to the contact table (which is probably required for German systems anyway).
